Refund & Return Policy

At Nomad Essential, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was received.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
